B Nails

Teenagers Beware! My daughter and her friend went in to get their nails done with their saved up birthday and Christmas $$. They came out very unsatisfied. Her friend’s mother took them back in to get them corrected. The 1st pic is the corrected nails ???? After I called 2 times to talk to a manager/owner, they were not there. They decided to refund their money. ????They took off the shiny coat, cut them short and crooked but refused to soak them off. ????The man said they don’t do that there. Plus, they already wasted 1 1/2 hrs of their time working for free. ???? My daughter will never go back to this location. If you don’t want to be disappointed after saving up your money to get your nails done, I suggest you go somewhere else. I don’t understand how they even allowed them to leave with product all over their skin around their nails and jagged edges. The quality of work was horrible.

Ive had no less than 10 pedicures at this place, only 1 being with the same person (Bob) and they have all been beyond superb. Every girl is so sweet and I genuinely feels takes pride in her job. I had Lucy today who could tell I just wanted a quiet experience (work sucked this week) and she absolutely respected that without making it awkward. Ive had girls that Ive chatted with the whole time and it was always personable and so pleasant. I will never not go here for my services!

I got my nails done less than a week ago for my birthday and one whole nail fell off without doing anything to it. When we go there I was told to go sit with some girl so she could put my nails on and shape them while I waited for Anne to finish with my sister that came with me to get their nails done. The girl that was putting them on acted as if she had no clue what she was doing. Kept asking other works for their help or asking if she was doing it the right way. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. But by the time we left it was very clear she does such a mediocre job. I was then sent to Anne and my sister was sent to the girl that was initially working on me. My sister hated the way her nails came out. Mine was okay or atleast decent by the time Anne was finished. I don't do any crazy work or strain on my nails whatsoever. They didn't even last through a full week let alone a weekend. They were done poorly and not even worth the price we paid. Not shaped or painted to our expectations. And by the 3rd day it looked as if they have been on for weeks and needed to be filled or redone.. We had 4 people come in and spent close to 300 dollars including tip with all poorly done nails. I expected to atleast get more than a "okay" job for the amount of money we spent. I won't be returning sadly. This was my 2nd time going. The first time wasn't the greatest either but I tried to give them a second chance since my other sister spoke so highly about them.

I have been a customer for years and I am truly spoiled by the service. A manicure is not a day-long process here, you can be in and out in under an hour if need be. On the other hand, if you want to be pampered with wine and a relaxing pedicure you can do that without ever feeling rushed. This is part of the reason that I have been there for over 20 years...Ann and her staff are just that good.

Amazing staff and great at their job. I’ve tried many nail places in this area and I will never go anywhere else! They care about what they do! I usually see Ann but I’ve been happy with with whoever I see! They seem like a family and I enjoy my time there ❤️ Highly recommend

Solid job. Nails have stayed since Mother's Day(5/8, Today is 6/1) I mean they're lifting a little but they are all still on and not broken. The owner is a little arrogant and that rubbed me wrong. I also had to clean up between my nails and skin after I left, which I don't find to be a complete job. So, I will not be going back. But I wouldn't exactly tell someone not to go.

my healthy nail manicure i got chipped after 1 day. i’ve been to multiple nail salons and this has never happened. the nail tech also did not shape them the way i asked, however the application is very smooth.
