This was TWO different pedicures both complete jokes not only because of the paint but because I was treated like utter garbage because I had requested it be redone due to the poor paint job and the 12 minute “pedicure” I got for 27.00 that included a 20second foot scrub and no cuticle care or massage then went back a second time two days later to have it redone and was treated like scum. The water in the bowl was completely cold, they were talking about the fact that my feet were dirty (I was chasing my two year old in my backyard right before I came in) and did an equally skimped pedicure and paint job Despite my request to have an upgraded pedicure that I said I would pay the difference for! This is not to mention the place is dirty. I mean historically most nail salons are but I notice things I shouldn’t (I am in the beauty industry and know osha standards for hygiene) and it’s concerning as well. I would highly recommend seeking an alternative nail service provider. I’m flabbergasted that this place hold over 4 stars. Every single person I take from out of town cannot understand why on earth they are so busy. I attribute it to low standards and limited availability in the area because the place is unimpressive.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I booked an appointment with two people to have a gel manicure and pedicure done at the same time during my lunch break. Upon arrival they told me that one of the nail techs was already booked. I also insisted that they not use the electric nail file to shave down my nails as I did not have acrylics. Nonetheless they lectured me about how they always use it and I told them that I understand it’s faster but it is bad for my nails and I refused. They told me I would have to sit at the table for ONE HOUR to just soak my nails! I’ve had gel nail polish removed many times by soaking for 10-15 min only & without use of an Electric tool. It was clear to me that Customer Service was NOT a priority and that sacrificing quality over speed was their only concern.

Lucy always knows styles that are made for you and knows your personality. Shes kind and sweet and always up for a challenge. Shes amazing what she does and I wouldn't go anywhere else!. Everytime I go it's a new idea, love this place!

I visited for the first time in May of 2021. I had Cindy as my tech. She was amazing and I loved my nails and toes when she was finished. 20th anniversary & vacation....She did a wonderful job. I called today to try and make an appointment with Cindy again and was told that she did not have a single opening for over a week. I then asked for another tech based off of the reviews that I had read prior and was also told that this person was not available until at least next Wednesday or Thursday. I asked if there was anyone else that could assist me. The response I received from the receptionist was " if you want those two people they are not available " I asked if there was anyone else that was able to help me or would I need to go someplace else and the receptionist repeated her response. I stated that I wanted Crystal nails to be my new nail place and wanted to have the name of a tech who would be able to assist me with my appointment and I was then told just come in and you will get anybody. My thought is if I'm making an appointment I would like to at least have a name of a tech that I am set to see. Please know every nail tech seemed so nice and courteous when I visited the first time. I really enjoyed the positive atmosphere and seeing women and men enjoying their treatments. Please take into consideration the receptionist and know that it is not good to have amazing techs and a negative receptionist.

Mimi is AWESOME, gives good advice on color choice! Lily was very gentle; gave me a GREAT foot/leg massage with my pedicure. My nails look so nice.

On the other hand, my BBF had a terrible one, then she was rushing us out. The place wasn't that busy.

Excellent clean salon! I enjoyed my experience Saturday morning with Amanda. She did exactly what I wanted her to with shaping my fingernails. I plan to return to this salon.
