Kim's Nail Studio

Kim is lovely. They treat you very professional. She does my nails. They could use some better pedicure people,but on the weekends, the younger girls do a terrific job. If there was one thing it would be having to wait so long but that's my only issue. As long as the water is hot and checked on. I can sit most of the time,but sometimes they are so busy.Not enough people to work. I would still highly recommend. I can ALWAYScount on complimentS from everywhere I go that my nails are nice

I have been going to Kim Nails FOR YEARS; however, today was my last trip. The service was slow (soaking for 1 hour for a pedicure), my gel polish is spotty, and they charged me a price not listed on any price lists. I fully understand that prices are going up, but update your price lists or tell me before you start the service.

My first visit at this establishment I arrived at Noon. When I walked in I was greeted and asked what service. I informed, eyebrows. I was told to go sit in the back. After 5 mins of sitting in the back, the same lady that greeted me at the door walked to where I was and asked what service. I said, eyebrows waxed. She told me to move to another seat. I sat my timer to 15 mins. No one approached me about the eyebrow service. So, I said I’m going to give them some my time. I sat there another 10 minutes. NO ONE CAME so I left, sat in my car and wrote this review.

I WILL NOT RETURN. First impressions are everlasting. Do Better Kim’s Nail Salon!

Worst experience ever. I asked for ombré nails and they look terrible. My sister wanted sns tips but the lady refused and wouldn’t. The lines on her nails look like a child did it. My moms pedicure was the worst one she has ever had. They guy that takes your temp and meets you at the door hovers over everyone the whole time.

walkin a dude and they looked at me like i was an alien the e. t. kind funny thing was i was only looking for a friend would be weird getting a pedi there just cause of the looks but i heard they were fabuloys

Kim is awesome,sometimes the wait is too long. But she knows hee stuff. I wished they did a more thorough kin on the feet. That is my only complaint
