NOT the kind of quick where it feels like she’s rushing to get me out but quick in the sense that she knows exactly what she’s doing and does it very well.

I hate that I have to write this post, but I feel like it's necessary. Today I banged my finger jamming my acrylic nail. All day I had to deal with the pain until I got close to home. That's when I ran over . When i arrived to the salon it was 30 mins from closing. I explained to them what happened to my nail and that I was in excruciating pain....With two other patrons still getting their nails done I simply asked can someone please remove the nail so it will stop hurting. THEY REFUSED. The male nail tech told me I had to make a appointment and come back the next day....i continued to pleased with him to please help...And he continued to tell me they couldn't help me all awhile he was doing someone's nail....
As a human being where was the compassion to help me. I've been a long time customer...always a tipper...my daughter also goes there for service and they didn't care...How to do you turn away a patron in pain....Other nail techs walked pass me like i was invisible...DISGUSTING...Thank you to nail tech Nancy who had compassion and cut the nail off as she existed the door. Instant relief......DONT PATRONIZE THIS SALON....There's other in the community that will treat their customers with respect.
My niece and I got our nails done less than a week ago and they already chipped (gel polish) and they already look grown out too. Pretty sad for the amount of money that I paid...Normally, when I get a gel manicure it last for 3 weeks+ not less thank 5 days!!!!
Atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. Technicians are professional and attentive to details. A+
I love Sky Nails! I've been coming here for over 7 years and they are constantly upgrading and making this place as comfortable as possible. Steven is wonderful, he always makes you feel welcomed.
I love that they use a liner in the tub, everytime. The massage chairs are so relaxing and they have dividers between the units so no worries of being sneezed on by your neighbors!
I highly recommend this place to anyone who asks and I've given my favorite people their beautiful gift cards time and time again.
Nancy is the best!! I love it here though, it’s always clean and super friendly! They never disappoint
They charged me $30 straight off the back just to sit in the chair. The lady that was doing my nails was very rude because I told her I don't tip all the time and it's a reason for it most people do not do your nails the way that you want them done so why should I tip is what I told her. And she did not deserve a tip my nails look horrible.
