I actually thought I left a review before but I am making up for that! This is a real and honest review. I have been getting my nails done forever! I recently moved to Wheeling in August and cannot go to my original nail tech like I used to. I dabbled around with a few in the area, but finding this gem was all that I needed. I was always afraid to get any type of designs but I am glad that I took this opportunity to get this beautiful design here. It feels personal like family! I will definitely be coming here for now on. I feel that they really care about their clients and they remember them. That’s what I look for in customer service. I like that they pay attention to detail that’s the most important to me and the prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat for anyone looking to get quality work with a satisfaction guarantee! Can I give a round of applause to Lai? Thanks again!

Incredible customer service! I made a last minute appointment today for a dip manicure and regular pedicure and my nails are perfect! The owner greeted me right away and treated me like we’ve been friends for ages—made me feel right at home. He helped me pick a color out based on some pictures I showed him and it was exactly what I was looking for. I had a really stressful day at work and I left there feeling WAY better than I did walking in. It was such a great experience; I’ll definitely be returning.
I decided to try out a new salon and came here. They were able to take me in the same day that I called and were very welcoming upon arrival. I can tell that the man doing my nails works hard to satisfy the customer. I absolutely love my nails!

I’ve never been to a better nail place!! He took his time on my nails, made sure every nail was a great shape, and even helped me pick out colors that look amazing and stand out. This is exactly what I wanted, and I will definitely be coming here all the time. Thank you so much!!
Since I got the response from the business and they are super concerned there are some low ratings from me to other salons as well, I have to update this review to include more details.
I had a manicure at this place after the new ownership took place (end of July). As I was preparing for an important event the day after, I went to have a regular manicure done. Giving the service sturdy 1 star for making my cuticles bleed and not taking any measures to avoid infection. Manicure quality was subpar and nail polish was not applied evenly, I even asked to clean it off the skin because it didn't look tidy and salon quality. But an extra star for an effort and customer service.
