Vivi’s Nails

i’ve went to this place for a while now and my nails are never perfect but this is the best place i have found. but every single time i go, the price gets high and higher. it went from $27 to $48 the other day.

What i asked for vs. What i got. Extremely disappointed. I have come here before and had a great experience but this, as pictured, was a terrible experience. When i spoke to someone i asked for a refund. I was told a refund could not be made and that they could redo them. Obviously i’m not interested in getting them redone at this place when they did so horribly the first time. Don’t recommend this place at all unless you’re getting just a solid color. Also, this costed me $50 without tip.

Sometimes they're amazing. Sometimes just ok, but never bad. It all depends on who does your nails/pedicure. I cant make appts so I just have to gamble on who I get when I go. The prices are average, same as everywhere else.

The owner Le is an artist who can make anything you want from a picture. Great salon very friendly, if a mistake is made all you have to do is let him know and he will fix it.

I went in to get a new set and French tips, I left with bare nails. When she was removing the gel she cut me with the drill then stared at me without saying anything. Once everything was off my nails the guy came to clean them up and did not seem to care how far he went with the drill. Drilling the side of my skin instead of my nail and kept drilling on my thumb to were it turned hot and hurt very badly. I couldn’t take the pain anymore so I got up and left. I’m very conscious when it comes to my nails and this place did NOT pass

I went on Sunday because my regular nail salon was closed. I got a mani and pedi. The guy that did my pedi didn't apply any pressure when scrubbing with the pumice stone. He cleaned under my toenails with a sharp pointed tool that hurt. He then... proceeded to wipe the "toe jam" on top of my big toes. He just put my feet back in the spa, scrubbed my legs and cleaned me off with the water and toe jam from the spa. All the while the yellow pumice stone is floiating in the spa water. He got up and a woman came to paint my nails. I said something to her and she said he just learned to do it that way at another shop and shrugged her shoulders. While she was painting my nails he went and got fresh towels and another cart. As he was walking by he grabbed the yellow pumice stone from my spa water and put it in between the towells before he went to do another pedicure on a new customer. This is beyond disgusting. I don't know how they are still in business or have not caused someone a serious infection.

This place can be a hit or miss depending on who you get. It’s not always the nicest experience but you can’t argue with the price. The workers are all pretty nice and welcoming and the chairs are comfortable.
